Funny Emma Story

Emma did something cute today, so I thought I'd share.
It was about 10:45 this morning and I heard Emma wake up from her morning nap, but she wasn't fussing yet, so I didn't hurry upstairs. I called Dave's Mom to find out if it was okay to go visit Terry and we were on the phone for a few minutes. Just as we were getting off the phone, I heard a "clank" from upstairs. As I was going upstairs, I saw lights flickering in Emma's room and couldn't figure out what was going on.
Emma had figured out how to reach through the slats of her crib and pull the lamp on the table over to her crib (the clank was the lamp bumping into the crib). Because the lamp doesn't have a switch, you just tap the base, Emma was able to turn the lamp on and off.
The little stinker doesn't fuss when she wakes up from naps, she just plays in her room until we hear her or she gets bored. I'm used to finding the lamb from her little beside table in the crib with her, but the lamp being pulled over was a new one!
