Quiet....

Things around the Breese house have been pretty quiet for the last week of so, so not too much to report.
Last Wednesday, I had a DAR board meeting and Dave's parents were nice enough to keep Emma for me. She had a BLAST with Grandma and PawPaw! She especially liked helping PawPaw out in the yard and watering the garden. My meeting ran a little long, so sweet Emma was out like a light once I had her in the car.
Saturday we made a trip to Home Depot and got a few things to help spruce up the yard for spring/summer. Since it was a cold, windy day we put off buying flowers... but we will eventually!
Sunday was Mother's Day and Dave was very sweet and got up with Emma at 6 AM without me even having to think about it. They let me sleep in then greeted me with Emma saying "Happy Mommy, Happy Day" when I came down stairs. We met Dave's parents, his sister and her family, and her in-laws for lunch at Connie's then it was back to his parent's for a nice relaxing day.
Now, we are just waiting for spring to come back....
