Walking, Drywall, and Flowers

We have two walking updates....
1) Emma is getting better and better at walking and tries to walk to get around, but sometimes she gets in a hurry and decides to crawl. She is always on the go... there are days when it wears me out to watch her!

2) I completed week 4 of my training for the Avon 3 day. I logged 9.5 miles today in addition to the 6 and 5 mile walks Emma and I completed earlier in the week. Walking outside is a lot harder than the mall walks Emma and I do during the week. I'm hopeful that the weather will stay warmer so that Emma and I can move our walks from the mall to the park.

Drywall....
Last week Dave started replacing the mirror in our bathroom and discovered holes behind the mirror, so today, he spent the day cutting the old drywall out and hanging a new sheet. Everything is taped and mudded, so we are halfway to the new mirror!!!

Flowers....
Everywhere we look we are seeing small signs of spring. Plants that have been dormant for the winter are starting to pop up and show their little green faces and a few flowers are even blooming. I was able to get out and work on cleaning so of our flowerbeds out and was surprised by just how many of the plants in there are starting to poke up. It's amazing how they just know it's time to grow.
